Six Weeks Old Today

Hey all. Today is Wilder's six-week birthday. He's spending it mostly snoozing ... a good way to spend any birthday, be you six weeks or sixty-six years, I think. : ) Each week (heck, each DAY) we see a little more of his personality. Today he looked at one of his books that his grandpa and grandma got him and smiled nearly the whole time. He's getting really into gazing at his toys, and he maintains some serious eye contact these days, particularly with his mom and dad (who, of course, fall a little more in love each time he laughs, stares at them or, even, throws up on them).

What else? He LOVES bluegrass music, and he loves to dance to it. He's sleeping for six hour stretches (the last two nights ... we'll see if that holds). And he and his mom are getting out of the house more and more often. He's a good travelin' baby.

I'll try to post more photos later. His Aunt Bree comes to town this weekend and we have adventure galore planned for her visit, so I'm sure some good pics will come out of that. Not to mention we'll be decorating the Xmas Tree tonight, so plenty of good photo opps there.

Love to all,
Kris, Jer & the Wild Child
